Slowly becoming hillbillies...

Recently we acquired a truck.

We weren't able to drive it home because it was leaking coolant,

so my sweet husband borrowed a truck and a trailer from two different people,

and towed it home!

He has since fixed the leakage,

but there is still a rattling in the transfer case that he needs to clear up.

He got it smog checked yesterday-a hurdle we weren't sure it could jump,

but it passed!

Here it is on the side of our house, 

in this picture you can see the boat (under that blue tarp),

and next to the truck is the Scout trailer, but you can't really see that,

we're slowly acquiring a collection of vehicles and projects... lol!

I'm sure our neighbors love us!

In fact, one neighbor came over and talked with my sweet husband about the truck.

My sweet husband did mention to the neighbor that this truck is going to bring in our lawn

and everything else to make the outside of our home a little more presentable, 

so I think our neighbors will appreciate that.

I love watching my sweet husband work on it and drive it because he always has a big smile on his face! He's wanted an old truck since he was a little boy.
