A friend of ours has a plane and offered us a ride.
We've tried and tried to schedule a day to go for a ride,
but either the weather was bad or we were out of town or something.
Finally it worked out on Saturday!
Even though it was early we were excited and ready to go!
My sweet husband let me have the front seat since he has already flown in a small plane
and apparently there is less chance of getting motion sickness.
It was so fun to see our town from the air,
including our house
We also saw some awesome sites near us.
The next picture wasn't from our flight,
it was from Sunday morning, it was just such a beautiful sunrise I had to share.
It was really fun and we are so grateful to our friend for taking us!
