Unexpected Tenants

So after a scare that we wouldn't be able to get our house,

we decided to go and see some more houses today.

Unfortunately we ran into some unexpected tenants at the first house we went to!

Needless to say, we didn't like that house much.

Please, don't pay attention to the creepy rabbits and mushroom flowers that somehow appeared on the picture! Seriously, I think my camera is possessed or something because there weren't any stickers on the sliding door that I could see!

Also, before everyone gets worried.

We are still in the process of buying our house

and I took some pictures so you can see some of it!

So that you can get a feel of the layout:

To the left of the hall is the door, you can see the light from the entryway.

Basically you would walk a few steps from the entryway into the living room,

which is what you see here:

Also, you get a glimpse of the amazingly pink bathroom... yeah that's going to change!

Now if you were to pivot to your left you would see this part of the living/dining area

Then if you pivoted to your left again you would see this:

The wonderful kitchen!

I didn't get the other side of the kitchen because I really wanted to get the walls so we could mess around with this cool paint color thing we found online.

Anyways, the other side of the kitchen has more counter space and cupboards.

The fridge also goes on that side of the kitchen.

I love the windows in the kitchen!

Yes, those are blue counters!

Now you are probably wondering why we went and looked at other houses and why we were scared we weren't going to get our house. Basically, there is some paperwork that the sellers need to deal with and the last time our realtor had to deal with it, it took so long that her clients just decided to walk away and find something else.

We, however, are taking the other approach. We decided that we'll just wait it out and continue forward. Our realtor said this situation is different than the last one she dealt with because the listing agent believes that it won't take long to get everything figured out. So that's what we're hoping happens!

For now, that's the sneak peak you get into our house!

We have a lot of plans for it and are excited to start moving forward!
