Today we had one of my favorite dinners:
Dutch Oven chicken and potatoes!
We had to overcome one little obstacle,
the wind.
We live in pretty much the windiest place on the plant,
and it also happens to be very dry,
so we didn't want to start a wildfire because we have those quite often here.
So here was our solution:
Stick the dutch oven in the BBQ.
Worked like a charm.
And tasted SO good!
One time my family got the grand idea to Dutch Oven. In Mesquite. In the middle of Summer. In broad daylight. It was so stinking hot. Bad idea. Your idea looks much better.
