Skiing

On the Friday before President's Day we decided to go skiing as our Valentine gift to each other. It started out as a pretty stormy day, but as the day went on it became a BEAUTIFUL day!

I know that stormy days make for a better ski day, but I like the sun.. lol. However, we did get our lift tickets half off because the wind was making the ski lifts swing so some of the lifts were closed. The best part was that it was the lifts we wouldn't have gone up anyways! So it worked out really well for us!

We had a great time, my dear husband helped me feel a lot more confident in my skiing. He picks things up really well and is so good to me, so he helps me out!

The one downside was that it was SO cold! Notice how practically none of my skin is showing! At one point my nose was covered too, but my breath started fogging up my goggles, so then my nose braved the elements... lol.
